Extremely poor cross platform compatibility
There are a lot of bugs that make use across platforms (mobile to desktop) problematic, and paying for premium doesn't improve your ability to get issues resolved. I uploaded about 100 cards on a tablet and they aren't accessible on the desktop site or on my phone. They're only on the tablet. I tried some of the basic fixes like clearing my cache and using a different browser with no luck. I reported the bug, but the reality is that the purpose of this tool is to prep for exams which have a fixed deadline. If an issue like this isn't resolved rapidly, your effort to make cards becomes completely wasted.
