Ich habe Quizlet das erste Mal vor 4 Jahren benutzt als ich angefangen habe zu maturieren. Damals hatte es noch nicht so viele Nutzer wie heute und funktionierte einwandfrei. Inzwischen kann ich meine Lernsets nicht mehr bearbeiten, obwohl ich einen Premium-Account habe. Es gibt keine Telefonnummer oder E-Mail-Adresse unter der Quizlet erreicht werden kann. Lediglich ein Hilfecenter, in dem ganz banale Sachen erklärt werden, wie beispielsweise; "Wie richte ich mein Konto ein". Anschliessend habe ich es auch noch mit dem KI-Chatbot probiert, doch dieser kann auch nur auf Standardfragen antworten und bietet für mich keine Lösung. Komischerweise funktioniert die App auf dem Handy sehr gut. Dass heisst, dass das Problem bei der Web-Version von Quizlet liegen muss. Ich nehme an, dass inzwischen zu viele Nutzer existieren und Quizlet deshalb überlastet ist. Sehr schade, ich habe nähmlich gerne mit dieser App gearbeitet. Ich hoffe, dass sie künftig eine Lösung finden.

Although it is a great idea to help people learning, there is a lot of flows in this software. Not sure if it is the guy who wrote the questions but in review mode, I have a multiple-choice that make sense but not the same in learning mode with multiple-choice that does not make ANY SENSE with the questions.... In addition, sometimes, I even do not have any opportunity to choose any response. I decided to stop using it as loosing to much time to understand what is right or wrong....

Wenn man lernen will und sich konzentrieren will erscheint auf einmal rechts ein dummes Werbefeld mit sehr sehr ablenkender Werbung, dann sieht man auf der Werbung etwas tolles und klickt drauf und man hat dann wieder ca. 15 verschwendet.

I've used Quizlet for years as a teacher and loved it. I could have students complete "match",for example, 15 times and under progress I could see that. They no longer record the number of times it was done. Tech support was like, we don't plan on changing it back. You guys just ruined the site for teachers. I've always paid, but now I don't even want it for free.

i needed just one month of the app but the app only gave me the option for one week free trial and instead of charging me for a month they charged me for an entire year. Don’t expect to be able to get any issues resolved with this crappy company. There is no phone number and I have yet to have my emails responded to a month later. Two thumbs down. If you don’t want a years worth of a non user friendly app don’t go with quizlet
