Quizlet: Digital flashcards and online study toolsReviews of quizlet.com

Used to be good now they decided to take away all the good parts behind a paywall. This just makes me not want to buy quizlet plus even more. Horrible company and I hope they go under

Quizlet was such a good website / app. It helped me ace quizzes and tests for YEARS. This summer they made Quizlet not free to use the "learn" option after 5 tries. This is ridiculous. Such a good app that got ruined because the company wanted to charge money for it. Without the learn option the website is useless because you can't visually see your progress. I am switching to KnowIt and will update my review later.

I'm gonna fail my chemistry test because of their new cruddy update that locks a ton of content behind a paywall. Seriously disappointing, and extremely annoying. Hope their company runs out of money and fails.

Wish I could give zero stars for how trash they have made the site.

I’ve been using Quizlet as an independent student for years now. I’ve created sets to study lines and vocabulary, and I’ve frequently utilized the “Test” feature to quiz myself. All of the sudden, I’m told that I have to pay nearly $50 yearly to access the most basic features of the site. It really upsets me that the company has turned so capitalist. More and more websites and apps are starting to do this, and are excluding those who struggle financially in the process. Bold of Quizlet to assume that everyone who uses their site has $48 to drop every year to utilize the most basic features of the site. Like I said, I’m an independent student who does not have a teacher subscription to rely on, so it’s likely that I’ll stop using Quizlet. Really disappointed.

Now unable to do tests more than once unless I pay for Quizlet Plus.
