Quizlet: Digital flashcards and online study toolsReviews of quizlet.com

I bought quizlet plus for one year and have ended up using it for less than an hour. I bought the subscription for the magic cards and as soon as i got it it turned out to be a feature not available in my country. This was not made clear to me in any way before i paid. Can not recommend garbage.

in theory, quizlet would be excellent. as of late, it's trash. as someone who never remembers to bring flashcards anywhere, its handy to be able to just pull them up, but as of late the quality has really gone down. for one, damn near everything is locked behind a paywall. second, its extremely laggy and buggy. even if I so much as open it, it lags my whole computer. before you ask if its a problem with my computer, I can assure you that it is not. not only does it lag my school computer, it lags my personal computer as well (which cost damn near 1000 and is a few months old, so I know for a fact there is no issue with it).

The app these days is extremely slow. It either crashes when you try to load a flashcard set up or takes years to load. It used to be such a good revision website putting in the fact 80% of the website you now have to pay to use. it really isn't worth the effort

Bought the quizlet plus to be able to study for a test, Could only do 3 tests and then it ran out and they try to force you to purchase even more credits to keep learning. Shit service and shit company.

My teacher set up all the study materials on this site, but it's horrible for studying. Every couple of flash cards, there is a forced video ad! How is one supposed to focus on studying that way? Additionally, you can't easily scroll down the page to just view the list of words because there are so many un-optimized banner ads slowing the page. I'm okay with some ads to run the site, but there are so many ads that it's unusable for studying.

I’m learning Cymraeg but even I spotted many inaccuracies in the modules supposedly supporting Welsh GCSE, I will be asking questions. I was hoping for additional revision but as most apps, too unreliable, too much pressure to pay for a sub standard product.

Quizlet changed my free plan to a paid one without my permission and have refused to refund me even though my daughter has not used the paid service.

Begging me to squeeze the utters of my bank account until liquid can flow no longer. The invasive products remind me of the locusts. I must forget the locusts. Everywhere I click another buzzes by. I must forget. I can't click my answers. Can't harvest my corn. My family will continue to starve. The locusts. My boy is rotting in a silo. The UI of quizlet is an eyesore, it is hard to navigate and I still to this very day cannot figure out how to edit my flashcards. All I wanted was to feed my family. To get my corn back. Those. Damn. Insolent. Locusts..
