Quizlet: Digital flashcards and online study toolsReviews of quizlet.com

Quizlet live does not work properly and I have been in contact with them to see if they can fix it. It’s been over a month and they still have not fixed it. They just keep telling me that they are aware of the issue and working on it.

Back in the good old days, everything was free and you could use it as many times as you wanted. It was the go-to website when you needed to learn stuff. Wanted to take the test for a set a million times - you can. Want to be able to write the words with your eyes closed? Do the writing exercise a million times. It's not like that anymore. Learn, test and write are now behind a paywall. The most essential and used features are behind a paywall. I can not express my disgust and frustration using words. This is just such a stupid decision. All I can say is search the internet for alternatives.

Quizlet used to be a great and very helpful tool for studying, I started using it quite a lot in the past year, after I started uni. But after it put the most helpful mods behinde a paywall - most of the whole test section - WRITING and so on, the value of the whole app went down rapidly. The game mode was also one of my favorites, because it made you study in a much more approchable and fun way, so that you even wouldnt view it as studying. As said by many, this app was used by many students and teachers around the world and quite a few of them do not have the resources to pay for something that was and should be free. This app was absolutly amazing and these changes will hurt not only their customers, but the company itself, as many had been voicing their dissatisfaction in the past 3 months ( - since the changes had been done).

Quizlet used to be amazing and it helped me study things not only for school but for personal ventures. Now I cannot use it anymore due to the massive paywalls covering literally every aspect of the site. I don't know why they added this but it's a terrible thing and really ruins a site that used to be amazing.
