I paid for the Quizlet Plus and have been shut down for using it too much? So even if you pay you don't have access.

As a teacher, I used Quizlet weekly to teach new vocabulary words. It was great for my ELL students! But, now you have to pay to utilize the site. So, I did. What a waste of money! Students still can’t access my sets! I’ve tried numerous times to reach out to customer support without success! Hoping to find another app to teach vocabulary. Utterly disappointment!!

I used to like quizlet, it was a useful tool to study for school but now I have to pay to practice properly and what's left of the free practice methods are just bad. I'm trying to study some French words/sentences is 'writing' mode and when I say that I don't know the French translation and I have to write it completely to practice it, it already goes to the next question when I was only halfway rewriting it. This is extremely annoying, because I'm trying to learn from my mistakes, but I don't even have the time to fully see and write the right answer.

On 30 October 2022 I reported an unauthorised transaction on our MasterCard. There was no reply, I sent a reminder and then another one, still no reply. At the end of the week, I posted my complaint on their Facebook channel, and I got a response. In the meantime, I discovered that another transaction has also appeared on the card and it was promptly reported to the organisation. Give them the exact details, which included the date of the actual transaction, they reference number and the amount. The last I heard from them was on on 19 November 2022 from one of their staff member "Kimberly". She conveyed to me, that she could not trace our email address. No wonder, no own authorised person, who praised for a service would give the correct email address. This was conveyed to Ms Kimberly, but so far there has been not even an acknowledgement. I therefore warn everyone to be careful. I may also add, that is similar unauthorised transaction had been reported to So]portify and they immediately refunded the full amount. Not from Quizlet.

Useless unless you pay for it. Why even bother having a free version then
