They removed automatic playing of flashcards. Now this app is useless

Continued renewing my subscription even after cancelling. Have been getting charged for over a year without knowing. I tried contacting customer service, but guess what, there is none! I just got sent an automatic bot reply.

Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. What a scam app and company. Your only option is to reverse the credit card charge.

Used to be good, then they completely fell off. Everything is hidden behind a paywall! The website is completely filled with ads and there's constant prompts to upgrade to Quizlet Plus! I can't even upload my own images to questions without Plus, I have to use Quizlet's own images for questions, which apparently Quizlet says will "match my question" but the images they gave me were a Caterpillar hatching into a Butterfly, which apparently is a "good match" for Passe Compose in a French Review! The worst part of it all is you can ONLY DO 3 practice tests and then your done...? THREE is NOT enough to prepare you for any test at all. There are many free alternatives to this app, please don't use it.

This scumbag stole $2566.18 from my account without my consent while I was sleeping. I don't even know this company. They are dangerous fake scammers. Do not sign up with them I never did. They hit my bank account 3 times in 6 minutes. I want to remove this one star from them

So many things behind a paywall, also I didn't even have an adblocker, kept on saying i had one and blocked me from seeing the flashcards every 3 flashcards

What the heck. Every single time. I see a good flashcard set for my English I test tomorrow. But, of course, it's locked behind ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION. It only lets me answer 14 questions. As a student, I am NOT paying 8$ per month for that. I'm broke. "Bro just pay 8$ it's not that much." Be quiet. I'm done with that. The kids would understand, not the multi-millionaire company that charges people to learn. By the way, finally got sick of looking into other people's flashcards so I created my own. You know what happened? CHARGED AGAIN. FOR MY OWN SET. What in the world is Quizlet trying to accomplish? I dunno man I'm just trying to GET A GOOD GRADE AND LEARN HOLY CRAP

I had a hard time understanding the questions with all the spelling errors, words left out and just strangely worded questions. Garbage in, garbage out!!
