I tried Quiz Maker once during the trial period and forgot to cancel my subscription. As a result, I was charged $330 per year for two consecutive years – a total of $660 – without using the service at all after my first quiz. I only became aware of these charges recently and immediately contacted support to request a partial refund, explaining that I am willing to pay for the one time I actually used the service, but not for two years of complete inactivity. Despite multiple messages, my emails remain unanswered. I filled out their refund request form and followed all instructions, but there has been no resolution or update from their claims department. From a customer perspective, this is an unfair business practice – charging customers without any reminders or warnings, especially when there is no account activity for years, is unacceptable. I hope they will resolve this matter in good faith, but based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise others to be cautious and double-check cancellation before the trial ends. Gerda Mockė

Another scam site that lets you do what you want, and after you're done you're FORCED to pay a subscription or it wont let you have what you've done. Hidden fees everywhere, don't bother wasting your time, this is really disgusting

Complete scam. Advertised as free. My daughter wasted hours making a quiz to help her study then finds out it’s a disgusting scam.

There are many free quiz makers out there. I wanted to try build a survey with a leaderboard and quiz-maker.com claimed to have this feature. However, the free version is very limited so I opted for a trial so that I can try to build my survey. I did not notice the reminder e-mail and - next thing you know - I as charged 600$ for a full yearly subscription. I saw the charge and immediately contacted them. I explained that I only needed the one survey and I would be OK with paying for a month or two, but not a full year. They asked me to cancel and provide some details. This was two weeks ago and since then I have not received any confirmation or information. They have ignored my other e-mails. Update: four months later and they still are ignoring all of my e-mails, even though they initially said that I could receive a refund if I stopped using the tool (which I did).
