They sent a defective part, which is understandable as that can happen even with parts straight from the factory. I returned my item and have not received a refund or a replacement part. It has been a week since I last emailed them with no response. I sent another email this afternoon that also went ignored. I have never before dealt with a company (big or small) that ignores it's customers.. I have seem many other reviews stating people have not recieved refunds either. This is theft. If I do not receive a refund or replacement I will have to legally escalate the situation.

I ordered a drivers side Marker and bulb for my 2014 Ford Mustang online. The company sent me a part that does not fit my year Mustang after about a two week wait to receive part. I emailed them and they advise me it is not there fault this is what I ordered. Very poor customer service. Please do not use this service order from dealership and your life will be easier.

If I could give Zero stars I would. Placed an order online and they emailed saying that it would be delayed because they were waiting to get the part from the wholesaler. No problem with that, but when the package finally came in the mail, the cargo cover was cracked on both ends rendering it useless. There were also scratches in the middle of the cover. Very poorly packed. I emailed customer service and received no response. Luckily I paid with PayPal, and I opened a dispute with them. PayPal contacted them and no response. So I then my case was escalated by PayPal. Still no response. PayPal just closed my case today and issued me a full refund. Bad customer service by quirkparts.com. Thanks to PayPal I got my full refund! I should have read the previous reviews.

I ordered a part for my car I put in the correct information and was sent the wrong part. I contacted customer service and they told me I had to pay for the shipping back that’s very poor customer service on their part. I do re-order the part and pay for that without any reimbursement. Then I sent the item back to get a refund and it’s been over 4 1/2 months still no refund and 50+ emails saying that they cannot locate the item. This company is a scam has very poor customer service and I am shocked how they are still in service. Do not buy from this company you will regret it like many people have.

I ordered a replacement handle for my drivers seat reclining lever. Shipped very quickly. Went to install, it is for the passenger seat. I emailed the issue and they won't pay to return it. Now they say it's not the right part, I'd eat the cost if it were the drivers side handle that I found didn't fit, but this is clearly their mistake. I'll post this review everywhere I can find. Takes 2 days or more to reply to my email. Unacceptable!!!

Terrible company. There is absolutely no way to contact this company no matter what number you call or email you use. DON"Y BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Customer service after the sale for parts online is non existent. Did not receive my full order and there is no response when called or emailed. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I cannot give quirk parts a rating because it is a scam not a business. If you know that people are being scammed by a company with your name you would put out some type of correspondence or warning like most companies. Instead you just state that you have been getting many calls from people who have been scammed. Beware everyone I am not sure about the real quirk parts but be sure that you are not being scammed when ordering.
