I ordered some parts for my VW Passat on February 3rd. They said processing takes up to 5 days. 10 days later still nothing so I filed a claim and asked for a refund. Once I escalated the claim they all of a sudden had a tracking number and delivery date. I finally got the parts on February 19. I repeatedly asked for a refund but they ignored me. Terrible service and business practices. I recommend going somewhere else for parts

The order process is a bit strange. Then once you order you will get a dead link that is intended to allow you to track you purchase. It doesn't work. You don't get a receipt via email either, just a message stating you were charged. So basically they take you money and then you hope you get what you purchased. I canceled my order once i saw the shady practices. We will see if the cancelation goes through since you can only communicate with their company via email so I will be contacting my credit card company today as well. You will not be able to speak to a person. They connect you to a car dealership in Massachusetts but then don't let you actually speak to anyone so it appears to be a scam from the start

Order was missing items, the part they sent was used with broken tabs so not usable. Pretty upset, should have bought from the dealer, my fault for choosing a cut rate seller.

The company is a scam! They take your order and money, then cancel it and return the money. The phone number is not valid and there seems to be no attempt to fill orders. Looks like a data mining site. Google Quirkparts.com and it says it is a scam!

I ordered a pair of accordion type thermoplastic mechanism covers for my jeep sunroof. They sent the pair, but one of the two had been badly deformed before it was put in the shipping sleeve, which means that they knew it was deformed before shipping. They don't answer their phone for obvious reasons - you get routed to a dead end recording. I sent them photos of the damaged part by email. When I sent the parts back to them, they claimed the return tag had expired. Don't ever do business with these creeps. They deserve 0 stars, but the system doesn't allow it.

Not much sense in repeating what everyone else says about this company, but they do not fulfill their orders at all. They tell you one thing and the product never arrives. Someone should really create a class action lawsuit against this company to stop them from cheating folks.

I placed in order for a rear differential on 9-1-23. The part was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days so when I didn't receive it I tried to call the number on the website but all you get is an automated Service saying the voicemail is full so I had to email the company to see why it was delayed. Finally I was sent tracking information for the part. When it came in they had sent me some cheap piece of plastic for another car. I requested a refund on 9-15. Then they refused to refund my money until I returned the part shipped in error, so essentially they held a $3000 return ransom until I sent back a cheap piece of plastic they had sent me. Then it took weeks and multiple emails to get them to send me a return shipping label. I finally received a refund today 10-16-23. Long story short it took multiple emails, filing a dispute with my credit card company and 31 days from the time I requested a refund to finally get my money back.
