Been waiting 2 weeks for a refund. Can't contact them OTP. Mailbox "FULL"! How unbelievably unprofessional. Won't return e-mail inquiries.

They are a rip off even withe vin number they send you the wrong part and won’t refund you I’m reporting them to the better business bureau they need to be stopped from ripping people off

Do not use this site! Worst experience I ever had buying parts online. I was sent the wrong part even after verifying the vin. Customer service doesn't respond for a over week and they refuse to refund me. Lost money and still need to buy the correct part somewhere else.

Do not buy do not waste your time horrible customer service DONT WASTE YOUR TIME RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Have recorded conversations. Costing reputation and money, your only ad good as your weakest employee.

I ordered two oem brake rotors and they only sent one. I filled out the support form for the missing rotor and sent two emails and called the phone 5 times and no one ever answered. I used them in the past so I want to believe this will work out but it seems fishy that they don't contact you or answer the phone. Now I can't finish the repairs on my sons car until I can get the part I already paid for. Very Frustrating !!!!

Wish I'd read the reviews before I got robbed by these crooks.... I ordered a part, a fender flare for a Jeep Wrangler Sport. The sent the wrong part and when I went to return it, because of the box size dimensions, the cheapest shipping cost was more than the part cost. They said they're not responsible for return shipping even though it was their mistake. Total scumbags!

Ordered a trailer brake control March 5th, delivered March 22nd and it was the wrong part. Immediately ordered the correct part again explained situation and paid the up charge for faster shipping. Quirk ignored the request on my order and sent me the part with 11 days delivery. So I canceled the order for the new part and shipped the original incorrect part back. Quirk confirmed afterwards that they could rush me the part, but I told them to cancel and they agreed. April 1st I recieved another part I did not open the box as I got the part from another supplier, I asked Quirk for a return label for the order I had canceled. Quirk gave me push back and advised they hadn't sent me anything, so I sent them a picture of the box label. Then they told me I was responsible to ship the part back today April 3rd. Extremely disorganized company, terrible communication, not a business you want to work with.

If I could give them no stars I would. After ordering my part I waited almost 3 weeks to receive it. Then they sent me the wrong part and told me it was my responabilty to pay to have the part shipped back to them. What a joke of a company!!!
