I order a part on 2/24/2021 and it’s been ready to ship and still has not move I call & email to get no where. They have not answered me. I am still waiting for someone to tell me what is going on with my order while my truck sits broke down waiting on the part I ordered.

Put my vehicle information in the description, the site said this part would fit my truck, bought the item, item arrived, the item is totally different from the original, the size and length is way bigger than what it needs to be. Now I have to pay expensive shipping for retuning something that the site said would fit, but doesn't, because the site is flawed.

This company is a joke. I ordered a part for 2007 Escalade Cadillac. The outside box part number was right but what was inside the box was wrong. I’ve been trying to get my refund for 2 months. The part was returned. I have proof they received it but can’t get my money back. I’ve been on hold now for over 30 minutes. Looks like an attorney will have to go after this one. Avoid this company.

If I could give a zero I would . Return a part that I no longer needed that was never open actually return it the very next day, no refund they said the never got the returned item. Buyer beware. Pay the extra money and buy from somewhere else

I own an automotive shop and purchase parts VERY frequently. Purchased a mirror cover for 2016 Ford Fusion, by vin. Not only was it the wrong part, it was the wrong side. . Basically they said it's my fault and I have a pending case with PayPal.

If I could give zero stars I would, I've tried to contact several times with no response, and the still wont ship my parts or refund my money. BUYER BEWARE SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!
