I ordered some items from this company back in February. I was referred to this company by a colleague of mine whom I work with. She knows the business owner personally so I said let me give it a try because it’s a black owned business. I was satisfied with my first purchase some items are a little pricey but that was ok because I know it’s boutique style clothing. I raved to my colleague about my purchase. So I then placed another order back in May this time I spent a little more money. One of the items did not fit the way I wanted it to. I then tried on the next item to find out it did not have a tag in it or a price , so I pulled out the next item same thing no tag or price in that item as well. So I “SMELLED “ an odor on both garments they were both worn and had a women’s perfume smell on them. I reached out to the company quintessential lifestyle .And I let them know how dissatisfied I was with my purchase all the while I think I’m txting with an employee it was the business owner. It wasn’t until I said that I was referred by my colleague who knows the owner that she actually said it’s the owner PETA Gay that you are speaking to. I spent well over four hundred dollars in merchandise with both orders and the discounts were really not that good I was told that I received seventy dollars in discounts. I went back to work and let my colleague know we as BLACK PEOPLE need to do better with our business!!! Because for me customer service is key. So I ended up returning one item and putting the other two in the cleaners no cost to the owner. But she did pay the shipping for the return on one item. Never said what can she do to make this right . And she was supposed to get back to me the next day during business hours it took her two weeks to get back to me. BAD BUSINESS beware of business that sell you used clothing without getting them cleaned when being RETURNED!!!!!!!!!

Keeping your customers informed is so key.. thank you for that. Never ever disappointed with your items.
