The sweater I ordered is nice but getting it here was a challenge. I paid $15 extra for it to arrive in 2 days. It did not. I requested a reason and was given a dubious answer, and told that if it didn’t arrive my $15 would be refunded. It was refunded, but I would rather have had the sweater here on time and certainly would rather have had a “we messed up” than an excuse. I will order from Quinn again to see if the transaction will go smoothly. D. B.
