Deceptive Marketing and will try to take more money from you
Quicksignage is deceptive in its marketing. I am still waiting for a refund or even a comittment that they will refund my money. I placed an order for outdoor signage for my business. I spoke with them and exchanged several emails before placing the order. At no point was I told that they require me to have a permit approval before they would make my signage. After making payment, one of their reps called me, and told me that unfortunatley they need me to pay extra for permit approval berfore making the sign. I asked why this was not communicated to me two days ago when I spoke with someone and over the course of several emails. She then lied that they called me but I was not answering.I asked for the number they called from and I don't see any calls on my phone from this number. Since I just made payment 5 minutrs ago, I asked for the order to be cancelled, she said it was already in production, I asked to speak to a manager, she refused. I emailed them asking for a cancellation and refund and called her again and she still giving me the run around. I don't believe this company is in the United States. Please beware of purchasing anything from them or giving your card information to them. I am still waiting for them to do the right thing and issue a cancellation/refund. If they do that, I will come back to update the review. Bad experience overall. No, I do not recommend this business Update- QuickSignage emailed me on July 8, saying that they had issued a refund and could I please update or take down my review. I responded that I would update the review when I see the refund reflected in my bank statement. I knew that refund may take up to five business days to be processed. Today is July 16th which is 6 days since I was told they made a refund. I contacted my bank today to ask if they could confirm that a refund was made by this merchant and confirm when I would be able to see the refund reflected on my bank statement. My bank told me that there was no refund received from QuickSignage. I will wait a few more days and reach out to my bank again to see if a refund was processed. Again this company is all about their public image but not about doing the right thing. The multiple revisions you mentioned in your response was advertised as free, it was basically my request to increase the font on the lettering and use my own design instead of what was suggested by QuickSignage. During all that email and interaction, someone could have mentioned about the permit but you waited till payment was made and again it was not just a suggestion, the rep said the permit was needed to make the signage. I don’t want to argue back and forth about the finer details of the interactions leading to this issue. I am only now waiting for a refund so I can be done with this issue. Update : I received a refund from QuickSignage on 7/20/2026. I am happy that this issue is finally resolved. I am updating the review from 1 star to 3 stars based on my getting a refund back and the issue being resolved. Thank you.

Hi Amina, We're genuinely sorry that your experience left you feeling this way. After carefully reviewing your order, emails, and call recordings, we'd like to clarify a few points. We also explained these details to you via email. Before an order moves into production, we follow a standard process of confirming the remaining manufacturing details with every customer. This step helps ensure the sign is produced correctly and complies with any local requirements that may apply. During our conversation, our team explained that if your city required a permit, it could be obtained independently. We do not require customers to purchase permit services through us. Our intention was simply to guide you through the process and make you aware of potential local requirements before manufacturing began. At no point was there any attempt to charge you additional fees through us. The permit discussion was purely informational, as local permit requirements vary by city and can be handled independently. Our goal was to help you avoid potential issues before manufacturing—not to sell an additional service. Regardless of the size or value of an order, we follow the same process for every customer. We believe it is better to provide complete information upfront rather than simply manufacture and ship a sign that could later face installation or permitting issues. Unfortunately, it appears this effort to be transparent and helpful resulted in a misunderstanding, which we sincerely regret. Our records also show multiple calls and email conversations throughout the design process, during which we completed your requested revisions and provided updated proofs before your payment was made. Although we believed we had followed our standard procedures, we respected your request to cancel the order. Even though design work had already been completed and multiple revisions had been provided, we honored your cancellation request and have since processed a full refund instantly. We value transparency and customer satisfaction, and we hope the refund demonstrates our commitment to resolving customer concerns fairly. We respect your feedback, even though we have a different understanding of the events, and we remain committed to honest communication and treating every customer fairly. We wish you and your business continued success. Kind regards, QuickSignage
