So I ordered from this vendor that hosts a site on EBay. I purchased a Mac Mini M2 but what I got was a Mac Mini M4 in a Mac Mini Apple box labelled Mac Mini M2??? Besides the chassis design differences. Clearly someone did not know the difference. OK so some I am sure are thinking so you got a M4 for the price of a M2. OK so the problem ended up when I tried trading in the M4 for a M5 Mac Mini. Apple informed me there was a problem with that serial number. They would not give me specifics it was obvious either stolen or a demo model that was tagged not to be resold. So I basically ended up with a Mac Mini with of no value in the market. Lesson learned to be careful about buying stuff and especially bait and switch of which I was a victim of. Yes, If Apple returns the M4 Mac Mini I can at least use it, but one person at Apple said sometimes they keep these units that are not supposed to be in circulation. Quickshipelectronics wasn't very communicative either, and never offered to correct their mistake. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank card. I guess this is the pitfalls of buying on these sites.

I gave them another chance, last time I ordered from this website I got empty box with nothing in it. I have not received my new order yet. Will see…

Shipping was great. Product had major flaw in the screen though.

I tried to order and then they took my money with no tax and no order confirmation. I thought I got scammed. The money then came back to me ten minutes later and then I ordered again and everything worked fine. I ordered it on a Thursday and it showed up the next day which was very nice but the item was broken in which there were black lines on the screen. I could get rid of them but it was a pain to do every single day in which I have been in the process of returning the product. 2 stars for fast shipping but everything else was not that good. If they gave me a product that was working 100% then I would give a 4 or 5 stars. They did not mention the defects so I'm guessing they didn't test the monitor before they sold it.

First order I purchased the product as a guest. Never notified me via text or email that my order was canceled even I have a screenshot of my order. Have been emailing the company and they don’t know and don’t see an under for me with the confirmation, told me to reach out to Shopify. Eventually, found out that the order was canceled. Shipping packaging was really badly damaged but product was fine so bit of relief there.
