Worst experience I've ever had with a company. Lowest price on the market at times, fast delivery, almost looking original products. But do not be fooled by it. I bought a Samsung S21, supposedly waterproof and thought of as one of Samsung's best phones. It lasted me 3 months before it broke for good. First signs appeared with a very weak battery, but it seemed normal as other Samsung users have had the same problem. However, my phone was not waterproof at all. I was caught in the rain and 3 drops of water was all it took before the water warning happened and later on, its death. I stored it in rice and got it into a service as soon as I could. Once I was there, I was told the phone was broken into, and looked like all its interior was smashed, automatically meaning that the waterproof adhesive was never there in the first place. They managed to get it to turn on, but I will never be able to use that phone again. Lots of money wasted. With the phone I also bought a fast charging charger from Samsung. While that still works, it does not stick into a phone as it should, and at times it doesn't even charge. Very easy to say, I will never again order from them. And while I can't do anything about it anymore, I hope at least someone is saved by this review. Worst experience of my life with a company which seemed trustworthy.

They are call quick, but they are snails. They drag you a long way, use a 3rd party for returns, have very bad and delayed delivery and return systems. Plus their prices are inflated, I only ordered for them as they offered a payment option by installments and I could not find a better option at that time, but it was the first and the last time. Product was new, battery very bad, I received it after 2 weeks, then had to return it due to bad performance, they give no update on the return, have no mobile to call, only answer robotic messages, without providing any help. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Satisfied with everything The product arrived to me within 2 days of placing the order. Basically by swap, the phone arrives sealed to you but the charger and cable are missing from the box. Very dissatisfied with the communication with the courier, because I was not at home and he said that he would deliver to me the next day and that he would not return

Am comandat un incarcator magsafe pentru telefonul meu si pot spune ca sunt multumita, nu se incalzeste si deja il folosesc de 3 luni. Recomand si pentru livrarea super rapida!!!
