The nurse I spoke with was professional and empathetic. Although as I rule I am not a fan of telehealth or other non-in-person interactions, they made it about as painless as possible. And all emailed communications before and after my appointment were clear and timely.

Ease of scheduling and excellent screening made this medical appointment very efficient. I was given a reminder for my appointment, and the meeting with the doctor online went well. We spoke for a few minutes about the details I provided in the screening. After the appointment, the organization had documents filed with the state later that day. Very efficient.
