The process was very simple and everyone involved was very attentive to my needs. The Dr. Quickly communicated with my state of residence and I was able to receive my card within 4 days of my appointment. Also considering that my appointment was on my time of choosing on a Sunday and my card came on Wednesday. Thank you for what you do to help people in need!
