I had an appointment for 9:30am for an alignment and was told that it takes anywhere from 1-2 hours it is currently 11:30am and I was told that my vehicle has not even been on the lift. I have a job to get to and matters to attend to and these people were just sitting around when I pulled up.

This is an honest review, I took my vehicle to them to change my air filter but they failed to return it properly causing check emission system in my dash board. And the people in the front desk are not that pleasing except that one person with a genuine smile. So far 1 person is giving that smile.

I give this one star quick Lane has been my go to for tires and oil changes since 2004. Quick lane and Dave the customer service there is always very helpful professional honest and courteous. 2013 I needed a vehicle and I was going to buy a truck however the salesman left me in the waiting area all day. Finance sales rep never Greeted himself or introduce himself.just left me in the waiting area till 2 PM I finally left. I was there at 7:30 until 2pm. I had such a headache my husband went to the Chevy dealer that night. We own a Chevy 2013 equinox it needed a low beam headlight bulb. Gave me an estimate of $110 outrageous. I went to NBJ automotive Comfort Texas and they Change headlight bulb for $20. I can’t believe I’ve been at Long standing customer so long.I don’t earn a lot of money that a Bulb change will cost $110 to replace. It’s like I’m being punished for not buying a Ford,but; I did try I was left in the waiting area. I think it’s because I was a female pushed me away. This is why I choose one star if I have a choice No star.

I took my Honda CRV to Quick Lane branch in Portishead BS20 7HW, and explained what my car needed, I was told they would have to MOT it, even though I had had it MOT'd by another garage so knew what was required, and told them what I wanted them to do, and I had only asked Quick Lane to give me an quote on what was needed to pass an MOT, I then had to wait another couple of days, for their welder to look at it so that they could give me an accurate quote. On the Wednesday morning, I was told it would cost £640,and that they had sorted my brakes, then at 5pm, I got a call saying that it will cost a lot more than they first thought to weld,and my brakes had stopped working again, so I said I an not paying any more, so i will pick the car up. When I picked the car up I was charged £77, for nothing to have been done other than a MOT that wasn't requested, and found that the body trims for the car had been left off, and thrown in the back of the car and damaged. So now not only do I still need the repairs carrying out I also have to repair all trim work from the car. And to think there were four or five employees just stood there with hands in pockets, not doing anything,The company could have made themselves £600. Rather than paying wages for staff to stand around with nothing to do ABSOLUTE JOKE! Would never recommend!
