Fax came out really dark on the receiving end. I requested a refund because I had to spend more money going elsewhere. No one ever responded to my emails/requests.

It was slow. It refused to let me halt and resend a smaller size fax. You must give guidance on the size of the recommended fax and allow us to halt and restart with a new file. Don't expect me to use you again

Hi there, I'm really sorry about the confusion. Whenever you have issues or questions, you can always email as at [email protected] and we'll get right back to you. In this case, all you needed to do was upload your own cover sheet as the first document. That would have taken care of it. We really appreciate the feedback, though. We'll work to make that more clear or add a better option for those that would like to add a cover sheet right there.
