You guys did really bad this time around. You switched me from one loan processor to another. I had to constantly repeat information and resend documents. You called yourself helping by giving me a $300. increased monthly payment and a double finance rate!!!

Too many delays .spent days faxing paper work. Slowed the process down

A lot of pressure to make a decision. Offered a refinance without first explaining what they were doing. Continued to say what a great deal it was even when I was questioning it. On the plus side, if I'd known what I was actually getting and wanted that, they were fast as to getting the process moving.

Says that I can get a loan up to 50K even with bad credit. I can not find a loan for that amount and I have 720 credit score across all 3 reporting reports.

Kevin was VERY Helpful and Knowledgeable. Showed Genuine Care and Concern for my Situation. I Hope to revisit this in the Near Future

The person taking the loan application was good. Your underwriter however can not think. Who ever it is doesn't read the comments I send in they just keep repeating themselves. Even though I am approved I'm not sure I want to continue with a company who's employees can't or aren't allowed to think.
