I have not even got my cash after a week where I read online the wait time is 3-7 days. I’m thinking I got scammed please tell me I am wrong. My order number is 23920. I thought that you took the card online I didn’t know you had to mail it. Is there any other way to sell it?

I can look into that for you but first I need to know your name or order number. Thanks. 07.13.20 Thanks for updating your Order number. I can see that your order is still Pending. This means that we have not yet received the $25 Macy's card. When did you put it in the mail? 07.13.20 (2) No unfortunately we are not accepting Macy's carsd online at this time. I will go ahead and cancel your order. I am sorry it didn't work out.

My check was not mailed out the next business day, I was told they would have to verify my gift card in person at a store over the weekend even tho I told the owners to call the number on the back it would gave them the balance available and the worst part is after waiting 3 extra days I wasn’t able to cash the check at Publix or Walmart I was told to have the person who wrote my check call the company, the owner refused and insisted I had the company call him, mind you it’s a 1800 number that receives phone calls doesn’t make them. Overall experience wasn’t horrible because I got my check but if your not 100 desperate I wouldn’t recommend this company

Hi Ashley- Yes sorry you didn't have a 5 star experience. We did have a little bit of trouble verifying that Sephora Merchandise Credit. We also DO verify checks if you plan on taking them to a check casher. The check information is only able to be verified by the finance team so if you plan on having your check cashed (rather than depositing with the bank), it is best to coordinate that with us so it goes as smoothly as possible. Thanks for giving us a try and hope we can do better on the next order.
