Hi Ashleigh - Unfortunately, we had to reject the $25 iTunes cards as we weren't able to verify the balance. We were able to verify the balance on the $15 iTunes and the $24.73 Sephora. So, that is why your payment was reduced. We did call to double check the iTunes card for the rejected order but never received a call back. Also, the credit card you have on file with us was expired. We had called you on April 24 to get that fixed but never heard back from you. So, that was the reason for the delay of the payment. We would be happy to process that final iTunes card for you if you can double check that the code you entered was correct. Thanks and please let us know.
