Thanks Amit. Yes you placed the orders on 12.7.21 and we verified them on the same day. After verification, you contacted us and indicated that you are located in the country of India. Because we cannot do business outside the USA we canceled the orders. I am sorry there is nothing more that we can do for you.

Hi James. I think you have the wrong company. 1) We don't have an order for your name 2) We don't provide mailing kits 3) We have no product called Ultra blue 100. Can you please provide your order number? If you have the wrong company, please update your review. Thanks.

After waiting almost 2 months, they do indeed send you a check for your giftcard..but that is after a lot of emails and hassling. The communication with customers could be much better..

I had contacted quickcashmi to sell 2 Olive garden gift cards. I went on vacation & forgot to mail the cards before i left & order was cancelled. I understand them doing this but recently i checked the card balances to possibly sell the cards elsewhere & found the balance on each card was $0. I did give quickcashmi the pin #'s of theese cards & i Did Not Use theese cards. SO...WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CARD BALANCES????? I find this odd that quickcashmi had the pin codes & balances are now $0
Response from QuickcashMIAug 26, 2019
Hi Rhonda- I do see your Order 19271 in our system that was canceled. When we do not receive the cards for an In Mail order within a reasonable period of time, we do cancel the orders. I suggest contacting Olive Garden to see when these cards were redeemed or if they perhaps were zeroed out due to some payment method issue when loading the cards. We don't redeem the cards ourselves, we resell them so if the order was canceled, the cards were never checked in our system. I am very sorry this happened to you and would love to hear back from you on the results from contacting Olive Garden directly. Thanks.

Hello T Man - Please let us know your order number so we can look into this. You can reply here or email us at [email protected]. Thanks. 05/22/19 Update: I am sorry that we have not received any information from you. We would like an opportunity to investigate the situation. The sell process generally works like this. Once we have the physical cards in hand for in mail orders or the gift card information for online orders, we verify the balance on the card. For most merchants this takes approximately 1 business day. For some merchants like Itunes and Google Play, this process can take a few days up to a week. Once the order is verified, you will receive an email notification. Then, on the next business day the payment will be issued. When the payment is issued, you will again receive an email notification. The payment will be put in the next day's mail and we mail checks via USPS First Class Mail. We do not send payments with tracking information. USPS indicates that it will take 3-7 business days for the envelope to be delivered. If the payment has not been delivered after this time frame, please let us know so we can investigate and solve the issue.

This is a scam company. They offered me $300 for a $500 Google Play card and $260 if I redeemed it on their site. I was uncomfortable providing my banking info to this company so I opted for the mail in option. I followed all of their instructions including having it sent with a tracking number. The card was sent on 3/20/19 and arrived at their location on 3/23/19. I heard nothing from them and the status of my order was not updated. When I made my first inquiry I was told they were not processing cards until 4/1/19. This seemed very strange as they had the card information before I sent it in. Nonetheless, I waited until 4/2/19 when there was still no update I used their chat feature and was told it was taking time to confirm the card was still loaded with the amount stated (again VERY strange). Their representative then called me to try to explain why it would potentially take another day or two to confirm the balance. As I have four other cards to sell I went online while I was on the phone and logged into google and was able to confirm the amount of one of the cards in roughly 2 seconds. I again said I would wait but was unhappy with the service and was very suspicious of them. I even pasted a link in the chat to allow them to use the same google verification that I had. Shortly after hanging up I received an email that said they apologized for the delay and would be express mailing my check two-day service once they confirmed the amount available on the card. Several hours later I received yet another email saying that I would not be getting the $300 along with a screenshot with a number that did not correspond to the card I sent in to what was a personal comcast.net email address. Do not trust this company, do not send them anything and if you have been taken advantage of as I have please contact the local non-emergency police line and report them. As this involved both interstate mail fraud as well as online across state lines fraud you also have the option of contacting the federal authorities. Please do! I will be doing that as well as reporting them to whomever I can and posting everywhere I can to warn others of this scam company. UPDATE: This morning the company responded that the card may have been loaded in a foreign country hence the error code they are claiming. It was loaded in Arlington, VA. I have already filed a complaint with the USPS for fraud as well as the local police department and suggest anyone else who has had a similar issue do the same. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did ask for my card to be sent back.

Hi Matthew - I am very sorry that this transaction did not work out. As I indicated, when we checked your code, we received the error code from Google Play 'Your code could not be redeemed'. This usually means that the card has not been activated or it was loaded in the currency of a different country. So, if you still have your receipt we could return the card and you could try to get it activated. Or, if it was loaded in a non-USA country you would need to sell the card in that particular country. We would be happy to send the card back to you just let us know.
