They offered a fair price. They communicated well and were quick with the appraisal.

Subject: Concerning Service, Quality, and Pricing Discrepancy Involving Wedding Rings Valued at $30,000
I am submitting this report to document and warn others about a deeply disappointing and concerning experience with this company involving my wedding rings.
My wedding rings are valued at approximately $30,000. Despite their high value and visibly premium quality, the company quoted me only $134 total for both rings, an amount that is shockingly inconsistent with their true worth. This valuation immediately raised serious concerns regarding the company’s professionalism, expertise, and integrity.
Multiple colleagues at my workplace—after seeing the rings in person—expressed disbelief at the quote and questioned how any reputable company could assess jewelry of this quality so inaccurately. Their reactions further reinforced my concerns that the rings were not being handled, evaluated, or respected appropriately.
At this time, I have not received my rings back, which adds to my distress and anxiety given their high monetary and sentimental value. The lack of transparency, combined with the unreasonable pricing and current possession of my property, makes this situation unacceptable.
This experience has caused significant emotional distress and has shaken my trust in this company. I believe consumers should be made aware of this issue so they can make informed decisions and avoid similar experiences—especially when dealing with high-value or irreplaceable items such as wedding jewelry.
I am reporting this matter to warn others and to formally document what I believe to be grossly unprofessional conduct, questionable valuation practices, and poor customer handling.
I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution when considering this company for jewelry services.

We’re truly sorry this situation has caused you stress. We understand that wedding rings carry enormous sentimental value, and anytime they’re out of your possession it can feel uncomfortable. That’s completely understandable.
That said, we do want to clarify how our service works so there isn’t any confusion for you or for anyone reading this.
Before anything is mailed in, we provide a written estimate based strictly on the photos and information sent to us by text. That estimate is meant to give a general expectation based on what can be seen in pictures. It is not a retail appraisal and it’s not a guaranteed final offer. It’s simply a starting point so customers can decide whether they’d like to move forward with sending the jewelry in for a physical inspection.
Once the items arrive, we test and weigh them to determine the actual precious metal content and calculate value based on current market prices for gold or platinum. Our offers are based on measurable metal value, not insurance replacement values, original purchase prices, or sentimental value. Those numbers can be very different from resale or melt value, which sometimes comes as a surprise.
In this case, the process worked exactly as described. An estimate was provided in advance. A physical appraisal was completed after inspection. And as always, there is absolutely no obligation to sell. If an offer is declined, items are returned fully insured at no cost to the customer.
We take handling customers’ property very seriously, and we operate with transparency throughout the process. If there are any remaining concerns, we encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can address them right away.
Our goal has always been to provide a clear, risk-free way for people to understand the gold value of their items. We stand behind that process.

IRIS stayed in touch with me sending QuickCashforGold heirlooms that were just sitting in my jewelry box. They send you a gold-padded envelope to ship your gold in and pictures of the EXACT amount it weighs up to be. I had my $200 check cashed within days. Now I’m scrambling to send her more👍🏽It was twice the price my local pawnshop offered me! I’m a believer and trust this company implicitly! Thanks a million QuickCashforGold!
