The process did take a bit of time, mostly due to the events on my end. Product itself is a bit too expensive, but customer service is excellent.

When we first began our search for a small business loan, we were very skeptical of the offers we received because people always have a "scam" ready to take advantage of those in need; or they make you use your personal credit with no credit to your business at all. We were in desperate need of repairs to our Semi Truck! We received a call from Mary Ellen from QuickBridge loans and told her of our skepticism. She explained the process to us, ensured us that there would be no "hard pull" on our credit and offered to try to see what she could do to help us with our predicament. Well she was true to her word! She communicated with us all the way through the process from beginning to end, she was kind and patient and most importantly she was Not pushy or insistent toward us. We were given time to make our own decision with whether or not we wanted to pursue a loan. We decided to give it a try and we are very pleased with the outcome! After the necessary paperwork was received from us to Mary Ellen, it was a quick approval. We felt as if she personally "walked" our loan through the process and convinced the underwriters to give us a chance. Furthermore, as an added bonus repayment is reported to Dunn and Bradstreet! So, not only did we get the loan - we are officially being reported to THE commercial/business credit reporting agency (which is not an easy task, most lenders do not report to DB, only to personal reporting agencies, which really does not help your business, it only "dings" your personal credit as you have inquiry after inquiry- while attempting to attain business credit!!) Therefore, it's very important if you want to establish your business credit worthiness. We received a REAL business loan vs a personal loan we used for our business! We at Jestt Enterprises, wish to thank Mary Ellen and QuickBridge - without their help, we would probably not have been able to keep our truck moving.
