We appreciate your feedback and regret you feel this way. We're concerned about your experience and will look into this urgently. We are a loan matching service, not the lender. We don't charge anything to get an offer presented to you. Short term loans of 2-3 months for consumers with less than perfect credit do come with higher interest rates but remember it's not an annual loan. You should look at the total amount to be paid to compare one loan offer with another. Nonetheless, we will look into what your offer was. Obviously, there is never an obligation to take the loan offer.
