My wife has been trying to pay a bill for 2 months, The billing department has not a clue one how blue cross blue shield works morons all of them morons. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

As a physician I have to say that waiting for labs like CBC or BMP or NT Pro BNP for 2 days or more to come back is simply unacceptable. They need to speed up the processing time by either getting more equipment or hiring more technicians. Those labs take less than 1hr to run.

Quest makes every step in process hard. Their phone system doesn’t allow you to speak with a human. The checkin process is frustratingly terrible. The waiting room is like a prison cell. I can’t say enough bad things about how they are run. I will always choose a different lab. #terrible

I had a 1pm appointment and upon arrival found a completely full waiting room with a line out the door and down the hall. Two of the three check in machines were broken and there were no staff available to assist. Many of the people in the waiting room were confused and had been there well over an hour after their scheduled appointment time. I walked out and went to another location. DO NOT GO TO THE LOCATION AT 10001 SOUTH EAST AVE IN HENDERSON NV!!!!! Quest corporate needs to take a fire hose to this location!

I went for a urine test to rule out an infection. Date of urine collection was 1/13/25. It's 1/22/25 and I'm still waiting for the results.

I went for blood work 1-21-2025,girl took blood and gave me tubes to bring home for stool samples Never Mentioned to make Appointment to bring back,since I'm sick my sister-in-law brought back and they were Very Rude to her,so reason for that. Bobbie

I had an appointment with Julio M (Phlebotomist). He was extremely polite and informative. However, his blood drawing skills were unbelievable. Kudo's to Julio and note to the HR Dept, Hire More People like him!

Quest's website is probably the most difficult to navigate and customer unfriendly ever experienced. Changing your address or other information is extremely difficult. If Trust Pilot offered "0" stars that would have been my choice. What an awful and frustrating experience!
