If you get Nancy in East Lyme, run! You would not want dripping blood from your arm upon exit. She did not check! Also if you do not want a phlebotomist who does not read your doctor’s order closely, run! She argues and does not communicate with you. If you do not want a phlebotomist who has an awful attitude, run! I did not feel safe because she was pricking my arm and taking my blood, and she acted very rudely. She should not be doing this work at all; terrible attitude, no communication skills and poor practice. I will not return. Scary!! No Custmer service is functioning in this company. I wonder why.

When some one has international travel and if they need RT-PCR test, there is no way one can request to expedite the process. No one feels accountability. When we call the call centre, the reply is so disappointing that they say, there is nothing that we can even request to process this quickly. You will get the report when ever they can drop on the site. Very disappointed with your services. There should be a way where you can process travel request at priority basis.

Horrible place dirty,very rude and the woman that drew my two kids blood has no business in this field basically made us all uncomfortable. I recommend finding a different place for blood work. Never again will I go back.be aware

One of the worst diagnostics in USA, Money minded greedy leeches who just care about money, patient care ia a joke, patient is another way for making $$$$. double payments, contact center sucks, wait for hours to get to a representative, also after waiting the call just drops. need to ban Quest. we experienced refusal of blood draw in spite of paying, they made us pay twice , their systems dint get updated as if its our problem

Have used quest for many years for annual wellness check. Responded June 6, 2021 to north haven ct Broadway office. Arrived on time, unable to check in, kiosk broken. Tech invited me in and stated "don't worry I know it's broken, it's ok". She refused to recheck my medical cards stating "I don't need that". I signed electronic keypad and left. The following week at doctor office I discovered Quest lost my blood draw and no report was sent to my doctor. Apparently Quest exercises no failsafe or chain of custody in sample handling. I then contacted Quest, via website, on two seperate emails and never had the courtesy of any reply. If you have an important medical need, employment issue or court proceeding involving a blood sample; steer clear of Quest. They may have you in jail, unemployed or involved in an unnecessary medical nightmare.

Experience and wait time great. The ugly green gloves they wear are awful and depressing. I know it is the logo color but people need something more cheerful to look at!

Quest diagnostics is slow and incompetent with terrible customer service. go elsewhere.

Been going to Quest for years in spite of bad reviews. today those lost another costumer. went in for my labs. sat down for over 30 mins without face covering. the a very rude woman of color came out and said you must wear a mask or we will not serve you. i explained i could not and she said then we will not serve you. It feels like discrimination because i am white. Florida's Governor lifted all mandates effective July 1st, so you are breaking Florida laws and discriminating against me because i am unable to cover my face. i will seek legal counsel and never do business with you again.
