The item was made very well and shipped on time

Dhruv was a huge help, he reassured me about the legitimacy because it can be risky buying gold online. The documentation that came with the gold was also great, especially because I like keeping track of everything I’ve bought and it’s gram weight. I cannot wait to buy from the store again, the pricing is great especially with the discount.

I bought two earrings from them and they are both very beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Dhruv answered all the questions over the phone and the jewelry was delivered on time within 2 days as advertised.

Great product and service

I was initially unsure about whether the gold was authentic, but my experience turned out to be amazing. Dhruv was fantastic — he personally reached out to ensure everything went smoothly and made the whole process great. I would highly recommend them! The only downside is that the price is a bit on the higher side, but honestly, most jewelry online tends to be more expensive than in-store, so I guess that’s understandable?

My experience was exceptional from the start through the end. Dhruv was able to clarify so many questions and made the whole process run smooth. He has excellent communication skills and is so organized with everything! I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the delivery. Everything came beautifully wrapped with so much attention in every detail. I was beyond impressed with how beautiful the boxes were. This place is the top of buying jewelry. I strong recommend to buy it here.

Beautiful mangalsutra, received quickly, very nicely packaged, secure delivery. Couldn’t ask for much more. Will definitely order from QoH again.
