Need to CONFORM, or ELSE
I ordered and paid for a Gucci bag but ended up returning it the next day. Prior to returning it, I ordered the Gucci I originally wanted. I contacted Queen Bee of Beverly Hills’ and spoke with Rebecca to keep her apprised of the situation. She informed me that the second bag I had ordered was actually listed but “not available”. A few days later, I seen the same bag, (second one), on Poshmark, (listed by Queen Bee),and ordered and paid for it in full. That one, too, was cancelled. I believe that Rebecca (owner) took it personally that I returned the first bag. BTW, 15 days later and no refund on the first bag. Queen Bee states that: “Refunds will be processed within 2 business days”. If you do not conform to the owner’s standards, then you will not be able to purchase through them. Please be wary of their sales tactics! Update: My money was refunded the day after I wrote this review…the entity that processed my card contacted Queen Bee numerous times requesting a refund, to no avail. One can conclude that it was not until I wrote this review that action was taken by Queen Bee.

Hello Phyllis - I am sorry that bag was not available for purchase. We try to update all of the platforms we sell on the moment something sells out. Unfortunately, we were not quick enough to remove the handbag everywhere once it sold out; and I sincerely apologize for that. I remember speaking on the phone with you about this situation, as I wanted to express my sincerest apologies to you personally. As I promised then, I am still actively trying to source the bag for you, and have many active queries with our vendors. Regarding the refund, we are not the entity that processed your card, that would be the site you purchased it from. The day we received the return we initiated the process from our end. It can take up to a week or more to reflect on your statement, but we have no control over that. I am sorry I did not meet your expectations as a business owner. But I assure you I was acting with no malintent, and I would like nothing more than for you to have the bag you so wanted. Sincerely, Rebecca
