Payment was sent along with an additional fee for shipping for a used engine cover in August 2026. Since then, after several attempts to contact them, I have not heard anything. The tracking number provided indicates they have not even dropped the package off to the shipper. I can only surmise this company employs theives and are not to be trusted. Why roll the dice with your hard earned money. I recommend avoiding them. Order #1774

Damaged and missing parts – approximately $400 loss I ordered several Audi parts from Quattroholics. Several promised parts never arrived, while others were damaged or unusable. Altogether, this has caused me approximately USD 400 in losses. The seller initially promised to resolve the issue, but the missing/replacement parts were never sent. Despite several follow-ups and emails, I am now receiving no response at all. Very disappointing experience. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this seller.

I’m from the EU and placed an order through this website. I received a confirmation email saying my order was accepted, but after waiting a week, I haven’t received any update about shipping or tracking. There’s been zero communication since the order was placed, which makes the whole experience feel unreliable. At this point, I don’t trust the site and would not recommend it.

Never buy there, just a scam! I can't give 0 star unfortunately. Ordered several weeks ago, sent multiple emails and filled contact forms but no answer. They did take my money though, that they have the time to do. Avoid at all costs!

One star is still too much! Never again! After payment, no more contact. Supposedly because they were on vacation for the entire month of December. I wrote to them several times. Eventually, I received a reply saying that they would take care of it in the next two days. Then again, two weeks of absolutely nothing! Luckily, I paid with PayPal. The money was refunded by PayPal because the seller did not respond. Absolutely untrustworthy, unreliable!

I been trying to contact this company to purchase more items they dont answer their emails. for this reason Im giving them a 1 star.

I E maile you twice regarding the defective window switch and no response, called your phone and the voice mail box was full not eccepting masseges
