I ordered a product from this company
I ordered a product from this company, and when I received their confirmation the product shipped, I realized they had an incomplete address. I notified them and they said deal with this with your post office. Well the post office doesn't allow anyone but the shipper to alter the shipping address as you well can imagine. I asked for a refund or the product be reshipped. Their response was as follows: quatinuetio.com < To: me Thu, Jul 27 at 3:15 AM We are so sorry for what happened. As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office What’s more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither. In this case, we have two solutions for you: 1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee. 2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund. Waiting for your choice. Thanks for your understanding.
