We were pleased with every aspect of this cruise. The naturalists were both top notch and made sure everyone had a great time. Food was varied and good. Would recommend this cruise to anyone!

What an amazing adventure. I wasn't sure what to expect and I'm still not sure that I actually have the language to describe the voyage other than to say it was like visiting the Original Garden. Our naturalists were incredibly knowledgeable and made our excursions meaningful and fun; the crew catered not just to our "vacation" needs but also, literally, to our physical needs. I was very concerned for my 83 father's safety and the entire crew, including Captain Victor, took such great care of him, ensuring that he was able to participate as fully as he wanted in a safe manner, was above and beyond. The crew also took into account that a ten year old might feel a little out of place in a crowd of teenagers and adults, and they were so exceptionally kind to my nephew. A wonderful crew and if you ever need a nurse to go on any voyage, I'm your trusted Shellback :-) Thank you all again.

The entire trip was a great experience. Staff and crew were fenominal and friendly. Food was great. Great activities. Very nice and comfortable rooms.

We spent a family vacation celebrating a big birthday on the M/V Evolution exploring the Galápagos. Our guides, Rafa and Lenin, are the best! Two incredibly knowledgeable men with easy going demeanors, two different personalities, both super helpful and kind. Our crew was welcoming, generous, and efficient. Our captain went out of his way to make the week special for our family. Overall, we loved it! Time to re-connect with our friends and family, time to relax, time to explore and we enjoyed the delicious food! We were in cabins D1 & D2 - comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and love the privacy down there! We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The best snorkeling in crystal clear waters. Rafa helped us to identify all the sea life and we snorkeled with playful sea lions, turtles, Sharks - it was an awesome experience!

I was a little nervous about booking this trip a year ago and I am very happy Quasar's staff (Diane and Paul) guided me to make the right choice. It's rare and wonderful when reality is better than expectation. I spent my 50th birthday on the Evolution with my entire family and friends and it was one of the best weeks of my life! The food was diverse and plentiful and accommodations were comfortable but the real standout was the friendly crew. The made us all feel like we were in their home. The Captain of the Evolution lead by example, he was both gracious and professional (he personally helped members of my party who have mobility issues on and off the zodiac boats and walked with them for safety on the rocky terrain making sure that they missed nothing). Our 2 naturalist guides were exceptional, by far, the most knowledgeable guides we have ever encountered on any trip. They had an outstanding depth of understanding on geology, oceanography, and biology and the enthusiasm to keep a group of diverse ages interested in learning about the islands. They also took the most amazing pictures and shared them with all of us at the end of the trip. The wildlife in the Galapagos is nothing short of amazing and being able to experience on the Evolution with it's dedicated and happy staff makes the experience that much more enjoyable.

I have traveled all over the world and have worked with various tour operators, but nobody does it like Quasar Expeditions. Their product is just as impressive as their staff, and I can't wait to visit South America again so I can see more destinations through their tours! They are quick to accommodate any request, and I am drawn to their unique routes of exploration. Seeing the Galapagos via Grace Kelly's honeymoon yacht and adventuring through Patagonia in my very own Jeep at my own pace was luxury at its finest. I would recommend Quasar to anyone - and I have on many occasions!

Quasar facilitated our family vacation to the Galapagos. They recommended Papallacta Thermal Hot Springs in the Andes for a four day stay prior to going to the Galapagos. This was a real highlight complete with a tour of the hummingbird sanctuary in the mountains. The recommendations for accommodation in Quito were beyind all expectations. The entire family appreciated the attention to detail. Of course the week on the M/Y Grace was extraordinary. Food, crew, sights, planning, guides, were all first quality. We would all highly recommend Quasar for a trip to the Galapagos.

Excellent company to work with, friendly, professional in all communications and follow up was really good. They personally worked with us on very short notice when we had to change our trip due to an unforeseen emergency & our travel insurance had expired - quite an unusual circumstance but they really worked with us so we could do this trip at a later date. This company wants to make sure everything runs smoothly and does a great job after your trip making sure you were satisfied. Outstanding itineraries for the Galapagos - guides were knowledgeable and fun to be with and crew on our ship did everything they could to make us happy. If you want a trip that has professional service with great attitude and follow up, then this is the company to use!
