In this hyperconnected world, sometimes it is just good to unplug and embark on adventure with your family. In our recent trip to the Galapagos aboard the Evolution, Quasar did all the heavy lifting of coordinating and scheduling so we could simply focus on experiencing and learning about another part of the world and other cultures. The Quasar team is energetic, knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, entertaining and so very helpful. It is no wonder that my family had such a wonderful and memorable experience. One of my favorite - and somewhat unexpected -aspects of the trip was that we were without any cell service or internet for 5 days so we just hung out as a family with our new friends that we met on the tour and chatted and read on the back deck.

from the moment we landed on Baltra, we were launched on a wonderful week of learning and exploring the incomparable Galapagos archipelago. the staff was incredibly competent. the naturalists dedicated and wonderful teachers. all, staff and guests, seemed to have a wonderful experience. this was billed as the trip of a lifetime, but I certainly hope we get the opportunity to repeat the experience. Kudos to Quasar Expeditions. PS - their recommendation for our lodging in Quito before we departed for Galapagos was also wonderful. will never forget the family of condors and the guided tour of Old Town Quito.

Our trip to the Galapagos was already magical because of the natural beauty of the animals and the islands. It was made even more unforgettable because of the entire staff of our ship, The Evolution. From the cruise director to the kitchen and dining staff, to the doctor, to the engine crew, and especially our naturalist guides, everyone not only performed the job professionally, but they all seemed to really love and enjoy what they were doing. As a guest, this really comes through and makes our experience that much better. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Galapagos Islands with Quasar Expiditons on their ship, the MV Evolution. Accommodations were comfortable and well maintained. The entire crew and staff were outstanding. Food was plentiful and tasty. The off boat excursions were excellent with fantastic Naturalists who elevated the entire experience with their wealth of knowledge. The entire trip exceeded our expectations!

Our Quasar cruise in the Galapagos was more like an amazing yacht experience with 30 new friends. The dedicated staff took care of all the details and world class guides ensured a trip of a lifetime. Can’t wait to come back during the whale migration season! Phenomenal experience!
