The quality of the product is needless to mention. The design, the durability, the convenience, the brand image, and of course the performance is top class. But what I would like to emphasize is how Quarq takes care of their customers. Whenever I have questions regarding any matter, replies were quick and sincere. Instead of having the feel of one of many who just bought a product, I felt like a part of the Quarq family.

Awesome customer service, polite extremely knowledgeable, helpful and speedy. Repaired my quarq under warranty even though it was pretty old. Nice to do business with a company that cares about their customers. When you call them you actually get a real person who knows what is going on.

My 6 months old Quart dzero is working well. Until now I changed once the battery. Beside this the peace always worked well.

I purchased SRAM XX1 Eagle Power Meter and have not had any issues with it. Other power meters I have that are left side only I frequently get random power spikes along with corresponding cadence spikes, and the solution from that vendor was to come up with their own program to try and filter out the false readings. Battery is easy and quick to change, I've had it over 6 months and only had to change it once. This is with about 8-10 hours of riding per week. If my next mountain bike needs a different power meter it will likely be a Quarq.
