Exceptional experience! Would highly recommend it.

This was our second trip with Quark and it did not disappoint. We love having experts on birds, marine life, history and geology onboard and had a fantastic time with the Sea Kayak Team. We enjoyed talking with the "spotters" who found lots of wildlife for us to view. The expedition leader made great decisions about where to go and brought many great sightings of animals and landscapes like the volcano of Jan Mayen. All of the staff took incredible care of us from cleaning our cabin to cooking food to guiding the ship.

The Expedition Team leader and members and the entire Hotel Staff. First Class skills, knowledge, experience and performance! The meal service was outstanding (Krissy)! She remembered dietary restrictions of even the guest with most complicated range of health issues. Handled unexpected situations with amazing composure. Amalia, Expedition Team leader, planned and executed the Expedition experiences despite the changing weather. Her communications with the guests was always clear and and rational. We always know the "why" of all the plans that were made/changed. I couldn't get to know all the members of the expedition team. Having talked with other guests, who experienced different expeditions, I am comfortable with praising all of them!! Personally - Kelly, Callum, David, Sarah, Ian, Jean, Nick, Austin, Stephen - and I'll bet there are others I don't remember, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You kept us engaged, safe and definitely entertained. This is something I would LOVE to do again. Thanks for a great vacation.

Service was akin to service provided by the Four Seasons Group. Service, service is what they do. Quark staff remembered our names, dietary preferences and updates on activities were timely and accurate.

The ship and the cabin. (We were in Penthouse suites) The quality of expedition guides and leader. The knowledge sessions and daily briefings. The pro-active information sharing about the weather and what to expect. The helicopter flight over the glacier. And to top it all the priority given to SAFETY at all times.
