Customer service is great! I made the wrong purchase and Quant Vue quickly swapped the subscription then refunded me the difference with no questions asked. The discord and YouTube videos are extremely helpful in guiding how to use indicators and strategies right from the get-go. Side note in regards to trading- Make sure that you have decent knowledge in trading already before making the purchase and testing them out. I've been trading for a few years now and can say their package is not for beginners.

I made a request to change my NinjaTrader machine ID for the QuantVue indicators at 10:00 PM CDT. QuantVue had the change completed by 6:30AM CDT the very next day. Also, it was the third time I had changed the ID. Great company and great service!

Pay attention when you subscribe to the service.. easy to pay, not easy to cancel.. usual scam business

A no brainer really. Take the trial, watch it work. Look at the working strategies from the community and implement them. Or just use the indicators for your own - exceptional tools.
