DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered engine on April 7 2017 Heard nothing until May 4, 2017 that my engine would be delivered Friday. Engine was lost, shipping company could not find it, then they found it and said NEMF would have to deliver it. WHY??????? NEMF delivers motor 5 days later and the pulley arm is bent. Called Quality used engines, on hold for 30 plus minutes Called sales 7 times and finally reached a supervisor who was extremely rude, When I explained the situation he says "can't you fix it" WE ARE A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS with extremely rude employees. finally said "we will return your money and pick up our motor" and he promptly hung up the phone. How are you still in business?

Con artists, my car has been off the road for over a year after their "repairs" car has parts missing destroyed my alloys and left more issues than they solved. Avoid at all costs. They will no doubt stop trading and open up yet again under a different name. Guy I dealt with apparently is no longer there yet the new guy sounds just like him.........worst of the worst

Well ordered my engine and it came 1 week later and it was installed... well it's been in my truck for right at 3 weeks and has already broke. All in one month time. So far no one has taken my call regarding this and let's just hope the warranty claim is not a headache.

Called to find status on a engine I ordered for a customer and the guy on the other end of the line was a total "JACKASS" no help at all.All he could tell me was that the engine was in quality control and that it could take 14 days or longer.Very unprofessional and if I ran my shop this way I would have to close my doors and this guy told me he was a manager.

The most unethical company I have ever dealt with. I wished i had read the other reviews before I bought and got screwed. What ever you do don't make the same mistake I did they are nothing but a bunch of crooks. I wish 60 minutes would investigate them because the Better Business Bureau despite hundreds of complaints is getting no where with them. Their so called 3 yr warranty is a joke. It covers nothing. my engine was only 5 months old and only had 818 miles before it seized up .They made up every excuse you can imagine from didn't put the engine in quick enough when I received it to didn't document the mileage. The bottom line is they have no intentions of ever covering the warranty of any type on your engine. They say all this stuff they do to them before they ship them what a joke nothing but a right out lie. If they did do those things they wouldn't have the thousands of upset customers like me out there. The engine came all shinning and pretty but that is where it ends. I spent 3300.00 dollars to have it installed by certified technicians only to have wasted there time and my money on a junk engine. Their responses to these reviews make it sound like they make everything right but they don't do nothing but blow you off with rude people. There crooks and the oinly satisfaction I have is knowing they are going to burn in hell

I bought an engine in June. Jumped through all their hoops to register the warranty. I started noticing a swooshing sound coming from the heater core when I started it in the morning. Took it to a mechanic three times to get the air out of the cooling system. We then ran tests to show I had leaking head gaskets. I emailed the 'quality' USED engines about warranty work. The guy told me to take it to the mechanic then go to swengines.com and file a warranty claim. I had the head gaskets replaced and the heads checked for cracks. None were found. When I filed a warranty claim they immediately denied me since gaskets are not covered and I didn't have WRITTEN approval to do the work. Now since the heads have been removed my so called warranty is void. Not that they would have honored the warranty anyway. Wrecked cars sometimes remain running after the oil and coolant have drained out. Don't take the chance. Go to auto parts store and buy a re-manufactured engine. Then you have a face to talk to if you have a problem. A warranty is only as good as the people behind it

Very unprofessional operation. Engine was for F150 said "perfect fit". Actual engine came from a van with wrong oil pan, exhaust and intake manifolds, pulleys and everything else wrong. Spent nearly $1000 making engine fit. They don't back anything they sell and misrepresent a great deal in their warranty. They say those van parts were "left on for convenience" on my "perfect fitting" engine, but gave no notice that it was a van engine to confirm whether I wanted it considering all the extra costs in making it fit. The manager on the phone was simply sarcastic and clearly had no intention of helping with anything period. The company's warranty starts off by stating "your satisfaction is our main priority", but the truth by their actions is a far different experience. They have changed their names several times and the Better Business Bureau has 380 complaints. You've been warned.

Ordered an engine $1000.00 shinny outside, piece of garbage inside. 2 cylinders had under 50psi, and those were the good ones.When I called was repeatedly put on hold, or transferred to a manager then put on hold. I've never had a return call... Please don't buy from these people.
