Horrible services Lost entire year with them I signed contract with them last year to be first first on first page all cities inside 15 miles radius from my zip code, also paid them to rank website and 8 months later I’m not on first page , website rank is close to zero Google my bussines has only 10-15 cities first page out of 43 I gave them much time as much to make it work They said it would take 3 months and has been 8 months or so Worse company ever I regret to work with them I tried the first time , horrible and I was dumb enough to try the second time The contract says money back if we don’t bring to first page in 3 months something like that Money back guarantee and now they won’t refund me Stay away from them Jay is nice guy , but services is horrible I got zero return in 8 months Website rank is like zero My GMB is horrible Stay away from them I can’t reply to what they said but I’ll write here Services wasn’t done , I have Text messages since day one to show it You guys didn’t do what i paid for I paid to be first page Google top 3 all cities inside 15 miles and I’m not , there is 40+ cities I might be in 10-15 cities if Also website ranking is close to zero I tried to work with you guys twice Second time was the worse: Because of you guys I lost entire busy season (summer) no traffic at all on my website maybe 20-25 visit per month Calls? Almost nothing Lots of months I only got 2 calls from my Google listing You guys are horrible I don’t recommend it to nobody The worse is that you guyed keep lying This make it worse. Again, Danial, the owner says one thing and does nothing. Unfortunate as he is a nice guy but this is business and I have only gotten only one job in 14 months from Quality resource . I was hoping that they would fix it BUT nothing. Back Burner, and nothing. Its saddening but very true, Call me at 415-828-4585 if you want pictures or proof

I worked with Anthony Cooper from Quality Resource llc on and off for the past 3 years. They had good results at one time but they began to slack. My landing pages and my GMB disappeared, could not find anywhere near the 3 pack. So I moved on to other places that really didn't come through for me. I returned to Quality Resource for 4 months and same thing happened. Nowhere to be found on Google maps I was ranking in the 20's on gmb. So I fired them again. This time Anthony had placed himself as owner of my GMB and when I confronted him, he changed it to him principle owner and me part time. Since I asked him to fix thus , he knew that I was letting him go again. So he fixed my Google my business, but rearanged my settings he took out my phone number out of spite and customers couldn't call me. They were only able to request a quote. I will call his manager and make sure this is brought to his attention. Don't make the same mistake I did. I trusted Anthony to much and for this reason I will let everyone know what he did to my GMB. Thank you Do business at your own risk. And when you end your business relationship, make sure you go into your g. M. B. And verify that they did not sabotage it.

After 7 months of using Quality Resource LLC for a service call landing pages has done nothing for my company I was told by the owner I will get Doble the calls but nothing has happened no call from this service or amails requesting a service I feel this is just a scam promising something that will never happen at least in my experience I will recommend to anyone who is thinking about getting this service to think about it so you don't find yourself paying for nothing.

Don’t invest your money in this company!!! Horrible customer service, they just call you, when is the payment day. Didn’t get ANY result trough them! Waist of time and money!

Terrible results. I have been paying 200$ a month to put my page on the 1st page of Google, sounds great, and they did, but all the way at the bottom. In 3 months I've gotten zero calls. None. Don't waste your time and money. Avoid this business.

Update 4/10/26 they still owe me $1000s of dollars. They said in their response they would do right. Well they didn’t. Hope this stays on top to warn everyone of theses scammers. Update: 5/1/23 This company just called me to ask for me to pull down my review and that they will send me my money they owe me once the review is removed. It’s been over four months and they said they still have not figured out a way to return The stolen money. This review is for qualityresourcellc which also goes by Citylocalpro, Citylocal101 and QRG. Several months ago I realized citylocalpro had double and triple charged me each month over a period of 14 months. I get accidents could happen, but I spoke with 4 different persons at this company, 2 of which claimed they were managers and no one seemed concerned on how this could happen. Nor did I receive an apology, only that they said they would get my money back to me. I can only assume it's company policy. It has been 8 weeks since they've been "working on it" (which is what I get every week) and they still have not returned my money. I'm sure they will disregard this review as they have the other poor reviews. And I will say, my experience has been the same as the other 1 star reviewers. I hired this company to develop landing pages and use keywords to have me show up first on google. The verbiage of these pages were written as if English was not their first language. I had to work with them for 2 weeks to get the wording to sound normal. Furthermore, the keyword phrases they have me ranked first on are not even relevant. You can search the top keywords on google for your services. I've been asking for specific keywords and I keep getting "we'll work on it". Invest your money elsewhere or keep a close eye on what you’re paying. I wish I could post evidence here to help others. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! I’ve called about a dozen companies posted on their website posted as customers and most of these are nonexistent. The phone numbers either do not go through or the website is nonexistent or the company has changed. I did reach through to one guy that said that he hired city local pro to do marketing for four months and they did not generate any revenue for him. This company does not seem legit!

Got a good laugh out of them at least. The clown that called my family’s company told me “You’re just a receptionist. Do your job and transfer me.” along with a few other pleasant sentences. Informed him I’m actually the business owners’ child in some not so pleasant words. Any 5 star review on here are absolutely fake. Considered giving them 2 stars just for the humor factor of the clown shows they’ve got calling out. Based on looking at other real reviews they’ll likely try to mark this one as fake which only makes this funnier. Update: As predicted they’re flagging this review because it is in fact genuine and they know it. Asking for extra details such as a reference number when that obviously wouldn’t exist from a simple spam call gone south.
