Great communication and personal service
I found Quality Macs on eBay and liked their selection and quality of used Macintoshes. When there was an issue with my order (which was my fault) they went above and beyond to communicate with me about the best solution. I look forward to working with Quality Macs again.

Exceptional
I have bought my last four Macs from Quality Macs (1 MacBook Pro and 3 MacBook Airs) and I could not be happier with my purchases. Shipment was fast and reliable. The computers were all in perfect condition (as advertised) and the customer service was exemplary. If you're looking to by a used Mac you simply can't do better than Quality Macs. Highly recommend.

The MacBook was exactly as described
The MacBook was exactly as described, carefully packaged and promptly shipped. Communication was excellent. I will look at their listings first next time I am shopping for a computer.
