I waited an entire month for my flower bouquet (fake flowers for my patio. After receiving them last week I placed then on my patio and tried to arrange them. The little branches began falling out of the holes they were in. If you tried to bend them back in shape and replace them, they fall out.

I placed a $100 order for some fake landscape flowers, it’s been two months. Their tracking has shown the item passed customs on the USA and has been sitting in Boulder, CO for about a month now. They have no customer service and don’t respond to emails! Obvious fraud!

After many weeks I still have not received the handmade felt animal I ordered. Tracking shows from Germany to US to Wichita KS and there it seems to be stuck. On top of this there was an unexplained extra shipping charge added to my order without my knowledge. This screams fraud or scam! I have written to them only to receive a non-answer to my problem.

I don't know about their products but I ordered an epoxy tub it doesn't show the weight but the pictures show a big tub, and it's a small tiny tub they send. You can't even paint 1 tile with that. Thats how small it is. You got to be extremely careful buying from these scamming companies.

Ordered and paid for 10 bushes but only received 5. Website does not let you contact them. Watch order from this company. I think I just lost half of my money I paid them ($152.89)
