Quality Carpet One Floor & HomeReviews of qualitycarpetonecrofton.com

Great selection of products and prices for every flooring need. These gentlemen were helpful from start to finish, bringing customer service to the highest level! The team that installed my Luxury Vinyl Tiles were fast, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company for all of your flooring needs. I had other estimates but found these guys to have competitive pricing and better selections. I'll be a loyal customer for all my flooring projects.

Quality Capet One Floor and Home installed new carpet for my entire apartment. They did an outstanding job for a great price! The carpet looks and feels great! Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring.

From showroom samples to home measurements... From the start of installation to completion of project, Quailty Carpet One Floor and Home there was nothing but Excellence, Quality and old fashioned hard work.

This business turned an unfortunate water damage situation into a positive experience. Shawn was quick and responsive with the insurance company, doing with he could to speed up the process. The show room was laid out well and Greg gave us useful suggestions for our flooring. They were flexible with working out a fair deal for us. The installers were fast, friendly, and fastidious. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

The carpet looks great. I was dispoointed that there were so many chips in paint of the railing as had just had the railing painted and had to get it repainted after the carpet.

Great customer service. Quality Carpet really cares about making their customers happy. I like that they are a small company, and I like supporting small business. I would not hesitate to use Quality Carpet One in the future.

I had Hardwood floors installed in the main living floor of my home and Carpeting in my den and stairs. I am very happy with service and care I receive pre-purchase, purchasing and upon installation! Greg and Shawn were there to answer all my questions. They both knew my orders and were able to answers all my questions and returned all my calls even after hours, even by text! They will be carpeting my bedrooms floors next!

I had two positive experiences with Quality Carpets this summer. They are true professionals, listen to your needs, are flexible, and deliver a quality product. I had two different crews for the installations and found both to be professional and good to work with.
