Terrible service

eigentlich Minus Sterne. es wird geworben mit dem modernen "snapdragon" Prozessor als professionell und geschäftlich einsetzbar. Nirgendwo - auch nicht im Kleingedruckten ein Hinweis auf Einschränkungen, ich hatte Probleme mit der Installation von Standartprogrammen und meinem Arztprogramm und viele Stunden verbracht - bis ich bemerkte, daß diverse insbesondere x86 Programme NICHT kompatibel sind. Dies ist Irreführung im höchsten Maße. Es hat c.a. ein Jahr mit vielen Stunden gedauert, bis microsoft bereit war den surface mit dem von ms gelobten und empfohlenen snapdragon zurück zu nehmen. Im anderen Fall wäre ich bis zum europäischen Gerichtshof gegangen.

I was switched from CenturyLink Fiber to Quantum Fiber, and the experience hasn’t been great. With CenturyLink, I rarely had connection issues. Since the switch, I’ve been getting “Network connection was lost” errors almost every week, which has been really frustrating, especially since I rely on a stable connection. On top of that, I signed up expecting 940 Mbps service but was only given 500 Mbps. When I reached out to fix it and asked about the advertised $45 rate for new customers, I was told I’d have to pay $75 because I’m an existing customer. I even asked them to check their records to verify what I originally signed up for, and they said they don’t keep that information, which was surprising. Between the unreliable connection, not getting the speed I signed up for, and the pricing issues, I’ve decided to switch to a competitor’s fiber service.

We had service started 6 weeks ago. Several outages already, they left the cable strung across the yard with promises to have someone come bury it in 2-3 weeks from installation. Still not buried. The latest outage has been since midday yesterday and not estimated to be up until late tonight, but I am not holding my breath. There have been other estimates that have not been met. I wish I would have checked reviews before starting their ‘service’ if you can call it that. Do not waste your time and money for service that is not a bit reliable and you cannot get a straight answer of when you might have service from day to day. I will be finding alternative service. So disappointing.
