Thank you for voicing your concern as others may have the same concern. We want you to try to the sheet on before washing it to be sure 1. You've got the right size you needed for your mattress size and 2. You are happy with the fit. This way we can exchange the sheet easily for you for something that does fit. If you have any issues with the sheet material, quality or fit after washing we go out of our way to be sure you have something that you are very pleased with. We are very flexible as you can see in a lot of our other reviews. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and when a customer just sends back used or washed bedding we can't provide a refund and the customer ends up not having our great sheets. We really try to avoid this situation. We will also add this information to our FAQS section. Thanks!

We've recently been experiencing quality issues with the grey flannel fabric, we're so sorry about this. The sheets should not be pilling - please let us know if you would like us to send you a set in a different color.
