Called qtrip because I prematurely cancelled my departure trip. I thought I was going to be left on hold & given a hard time, but the exact opposite happened. I received an extremely patient & professional customer service representative. I was able to rebook within minutes. I loved the website & customer service. Will continue to use them going forward.

I purchased a round trip ticket and im here waiting for my confirmation and i didn't see one. So I called emailed Strip and they told me that my return date was a bit of problem so i should call them.. I called them up and customer service was very polite and he offered me two options and i was comfortable with so i went with that.. I gave them 5 stars bc not every agency u deal with nowadays have good customer service..
