Dear customer, Thank you for your review. We offer the same prices over the phone as online. Unfortunately, for an exchange you must select the same airline as the original ticket. The credit is not with us but with the airline. Fares also depend on the time, date, and airport that is chosen. Usually with more flexibility the tickets can be lower. We hope you have a nice trip.

Hi Debra, I'm sorry to hear about your son. I hope all went well with his surgery. I do see two of our travel advisors replied to your emails last night, not long after you emailed us. Maybe our replies are going to your spam/junk/promotional or similar type email folder? The good news is that your reservation doesn't travel until late December. You have until before travel to cancel and go over your options. If you email us with your phone number we can try and call you if you are not receiving our emails. Hi Anthony, We're always happy to help you with any refund we can. Unfortunately, the flight you recently booked was a non-refundable airline ticket and the airline does not permit refunds. However, what we can do is give you a full credit that you can use towards a future trip on the same airline to use by December 2021. One of our travel advisors has contacted you to go over the change procedure. Thank you

Hi Emmy, We are sorry for your experience. After investigating, the airline told us that passenger, Samuel, called them directly, two nights before the trip was originally scheduled flight to change the flight to the next day (one day earlier that was originally booked). We were not contacted directly for that change so are unclear why the confusion. Since the change was made directly with Spirit Airlines and not through us, Spirit Airlines asked that you call them directly to go over what transpired. Thank you.
