Great customer service, pleasure doing business with Qsource.
It was a pleasure ordering from qsource. I appreciated the fact that although my order was small, it was handled as if it was a major order. I was treated professionally and with expedience.

WOW- True customer service.
Had some damage on instrument due to a shipping issue After contacting Q Source by e-mail, it took 37 minutes for a reply and a replacement part to be on the way. I wish all companies valued the customer and showed them that they do like Q Source did.

Tremendously helpful in helping me to get where I want to be.
I have received help in finding specific items that meet my needs. I run a good-sized assembly line that requires lots of tools and supplies as well as workstation products in order to be efficient at manufacturing our products. I have received a great deal of help from QSource on a regular basis to help me to find the newest items and they make sure they are available to me when I need them. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I get from QSource.
