Q Source, Inc.Reviews of qsource.com

Extremely helpful!!

the customer service is phenomenal, the website is easy to use, any problems are addressed and cleared up immediately, definitely a 5 star company

I've ordered lamps and tools from Q Source and have always gotten terrific service and great prices from them. Ibis Vera and Steve Quail have been my sales people and they are extremely helpful and personable. I highly recommend this company.

I placed an order and was very pleased with the outstanding quality of Qsource Customer Service. I recently moved and when setting up my account and due to Google auto fill my City was entered wrong. I immediately got an e-mail asking what was the correct City to clear up before shipping. Then received e-mail's helping track my order status to make sure it was processed and shipped in a professional manner. I would highly recommend to anyone to use Qsouce. Again, outstanding and professional Customer Service.

Ibis, Thank you for all the help!!

Ibis has given me great service, taking care of everything!!

QSource constantly displays outstanding customer service. I have been purchasing products through them for over 7 years and will continue to do so. As the Director of Operations for an Electronic Manufacturing company, it is imperative that I receive the proper items the first time, and QSource continues provide me with that service. The owners are very active in the day-to-day operations, and their positive attitude is delivered down and presented by all employees. I highly recommend anyone looking for exceptional customer service and product accuracy to give QSource an opportunity.

Excellent people to work with, extremely responsive. The customer is king with Q-Source. From selection of product all the way through customer service, a true class act. After outfitting my new engineering lab with workbenches they came to build and install them. They finished the installation perfectly. Everything looks great!
